My style of painting is varied; my paintings range from realistic to abstract. My colors tend toward the bold and I prefer to mix watercolor on the paper, which makes the color more immediate and unrehearsed.
I incorporate ink in the same way I use watercolor; since the colors are pure pigment, the boldness of color is different than that of traditional watercolors.
