"Landscapes, trees and symbolic images are used in my work. These images come from looking deeply into daily reality; capturing the feeling, sensation, and vibrations of the moment. I try to capture that one moment in time between cause and effect."
Anne Finch Byerrum, an award-winning artist, is currently selling and showcasing her work through the Washington State Public Arts Program. Her prints have been selected and exhibited at the Japan Expo, in private collections, in public institutions, galleries, and museums. Her education includes a BS at Massachusetts College of Art and graduate studies at Pratt Institute, Central Washington University and Lesley College. Besides working as a printmaker in her studio, she teaches part-time both at the college and elementary school levels.
